The Village at North Station
The Village at North Station is the largest affordable housing project in the western U.S., featuring seven apartment buildings that total 827 units, roughly 809,451 square feet. On approximately 15 acres, there’s a clubhouse, maintenance building, pickleball courts, pool, splash pad, and tot lot. The buildings use a conventional wood-framed structure. Externally, the apartments feature brick wainscot, hardy panel, and stucco to provide a modern finish with high-end and durable finishes throughout the interior.
