Skyhouse
Skyhouse is an urban podium development made up of 240 units located in downtown Salt Lake City. The project boasts two interior amenity courtyards and a sprawling rooftop spanning the entire South frontage, offering residents panoramic views of the city and a place to unwind. With a thoughtful design, street-facing podium levels are discreetly wrapped with units, concealing the parking area and enhancing the building’s aesthetic appeal. Multiple tenant clubhouses, a gym, and a large bike storage/repair area round out the available resident amenities.
