112 units LIHTC- Project of the Year winning 5 story wood frame on podium parking development. Also includes an adaptive reuse of a 100 year old factory into amenity space and leasable artists lofts. Project Open is the first multi-family net zero building in Utah and is the first building of 3 phases. Phase 2 is currently under construction.
