Park Avenue is a 234-unit podium development in the popular Sugarhouse area of Salt Lake City. A tight site required a 4-story concrete podium to provide sufficient parking, two levels of which are underground. The top two floors of this concrete structure are elegantly wrapped with a combination of residential units, amenity spaces, and retail offerings, ensuring an attractive and vibrant streetscape. A five-story wood frame structure sits on top of the concrete podium complete with a resort style pool and a spacious amenity deck.
